A proper grab n' grow snack!
These 4 step, no-bake protein balls are the ultimate munch. Keep yourself topped up throughout the day with a source of protein, unsaturated fat and slow-releasing carbs.
Ingredients
- 130g Rolled Oats
- 80g Peanut Butter
- 60g Protein Powder
- 20g Honey
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Nibs
Method
Makes around 24
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Use your hand to really bind everything up.
- Make small balls out of the mixture and place into an airtight container.
- Store in the fridge to let set for a few hours.
- Grab and go!
